What is the return policy?

We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return unopened and sealed pouches within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

⚠️ Please note: For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of pouches that have been opened or tampered with. This is in line with UK food safety regulations.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll make it right.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
How long do the gummies last?

Each pouch contains 60 gummies (a 30-day supply). Best before date can be found on the bottom of the pouch. Store sealed in a cool, dry place.
